In recent years, the video games operated on the license of Ninja Turtles have not been on the rise. Yet hopes are put on for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant in Manhattan, since it is developed by Japanese studio PlatinumGames (to whom we owe Bayonetta and others like Vanquish).

Activision, the publisher of the game, announced the release date of this action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan via a new trailer released by editors from IGN. Also, the title will be available as of 24 May 2016 on PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and Xbox 360.

The broadcasted video allows you to view the “knights of dark” in action against well-known enemies of comics: Bebop, Rocksteady, Super Shredder and a brief overview of Krang. Hopefully the title will offer us interesting gameplay at its output.

Also, a new gameplay walkthrough video is presented for the game in which we did not found out some things, like whether the game will include a co-op 4 players online, or it would have a unique or similar gameplay to comics style, the story would be written by Tom Waltz, author of the comic for IDW, among other details. But it is best to see the characters in action. Checkout the 11 minutes gameplay video to see the Turtles fight in the night at Manhattan below:
