Konami has announced that Cloaked in Silence, the new downloadable content for Metal Gear Online, is now available on all platforms on its official Twitter account.

To celebrate the occasion, the company has distributed a new trailer showing us all its features and updates throughout more than three minutes of sequences taken directly from its gameplay.
Available for $3.99, players will enjoy the appearance of Quiet in the competitive mode via the Internet as a selectable character, besides being able to fight on three new maps, Coral Complex, Rust Palace and Azure Mountain.
Moreover, the company has taken the opportunity to unveil the Survival mode that will join on April 7, where we have to compete to try and get the highest number of consecutive wins that we can.
All players will be tested in the maps of this mode free of charge ten times per week, although users who have purchased Cloaked in Silence will have unlimited access to this mode.
Also, in keeping with the release of the expansion, two new updates have been provided. The Update 1.08 for “Metal Gear Online” must be separately downloaded from PlayStation Store and it brings a size of 2.5GB. For “Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain” a 700mb major update is also published which includes new rewards, bug fixes and optimizations for FOB events.
