EA Expects Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order to Ship 6-8 Million Copies

The presentation of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order left us with a good taste in our mouths. The title of Electronic Arts and Respawn Entertainment promises to surprise us with the experience that every fan of the galactic saga has wanted for years.

For its part, Electronic Arts expects the game to have a successful launch. The company recently released its most recent financial report and spoke about the sales expectations for its new project.

According to the information, the company expects Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order to sell between 6 and 8 million copies by the end of the fiscal year. Electronic Arts would reach its goal if the game reaches these figures by March 2020 as the deadline.

Andrew Wilson, executive manager of Electronic Arts, and Blake Jorgensen, in charge of the company’s finances, fully trust that this goal is achievable. While some releases of the developer have performed less than expected, the company will do everything possible to make the case of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order totally different.

This title is one of its most important releases of the year, so we will see it without fail in EA Play. In the event, which will be held from June 7 to 9, we will finally be able to see a bit of gameplay.

The game will put us in the role of Cal Kestis, a Jedi in formation who will witness the consequences of Order 66. Thus, the narrative will occur after the events of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, when the Jedi were defeated.

If you are thinking about acquiring it at its launch, we remind you that the game will have several editions on its debut and there will be various pre-sale incentives. On the other hand, Respawn recently spoke about the possibilities of seeing a game port for Nintendo Switch.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is scheduled to release on November 15 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
