Shakedown Hawaii, the sequel to Retro City Rampage Unveiled

The independent studio VBlank Entertainment has announced the development of the suite of Retro City Rampage, true GTA-like parody in 2D. Called Shakedown Hawaii, this new title offers a first trailer and some images.
Released in 2012, Retro City Rampage was born as a retrogaming. The title from VBlank Entertainment studio offers 2D rendering and parody based gameplay of GTA series. The title also pushed delirium even further by offering an MS-DOS version, to satisfy our longing to the end.

The developer of the game, Brian Provinciano, has announced the development of a sequel now. The latter, called as Shakedown Hawaii, offers a 16-bit graphics rendering that offers great freedom of action and the possibility of destroying the environments while offering a rather loaded arsenal.
In terms of story, this sequel takes place three years after the events in Retro City Rampage that was operated, depending on the player who will come out of early retirement to rebuild his empire.
Shakedown Hawaii is due for release on PC, PS4, PS Vita and Nintendo 3DS at a date not yet revealed. However, the title will be playable through the PlayStation Experience to be held on 5th and 6th December 2015.
A selection of platforms that follows logically from the detailed observation made by Brian Provinciano on sales of its previous title. Not having had a good experience with the Xbox LIVE Arcade, the canadian author focuses only on the platforms that have generated the most revenue on sales of more than 400,000 from Retro City Rampage.
Developing the game simultaneously on four supports should not be a problem for the VBlank Studio Entertainment, since 5 artists (including 2 full time) are now working on the sequel. Watch the Shakedown Hawaii announcement trailer below:
