Nintendo Switch standalone Dock will be available in Europe on June 23

Not many players were wondering about the launch date of the dock of Nintendo Switch, a product announced by Nintendo that was absent at the premiere of the new console last March.

One of a supporting device of Nintendo Switch not yet marketed in Europe is the dock to connect the console to a screen. To date the only option for connecting Switch to a second monitor was to physically connect the Dock, moving it from its original location.

Now Nintendo of Europe has announced via Twitter that it will soon be possible to buy an additional dock. The release date is set for 23rd June this year, the box will contain in addition to the support, also a power cable and an HDMI.

Although Nintendo Switch includes a default dock in its package, this second dock is an option requested by those players who want to have the console on several televisions without changing cables.

The American players will receive the dock a month before, in this month on May 19. At the moment, it has not been officially detailed about the price that this accessory will have for Nintendo Switch.

Nintendo Switch was officially on sale at the beginning of last March. The console has been a hit worldwide and features the best-selling games like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
