The heads of NetherRealm Studios recently announced that the famous Jason Voorhees character (as DLC), the undisputed star of the series “Friday the 13th”, will join to the roster of Mortal Kombat X, this month of May.
Jason Voorhees will be available from the day on May 5th for anyone in possession of the Kombat Pack, while other gamers can buy the famous character from May 12th of this year.
The star of the series “Friday the 13th”, as is now known to all, is part of the pack called “The Ultimate Horror” that, in addition to including the playable character of Jason Voorhees, it will be enhanced by the skin of Vampiress Mileena, Kraken Reptile and Pharaoh Ermac.
The development team also announced that Jason Voorhees is the undisputed star of an event stream, scheduled for May 4. During the livestream, they will ofcourse illustrate his repertoire of moves.
At this point we just have to wait for further news about it. We remind you that a few days ago, Ed Boon, head of NetherRealm Studios, has hinted the possible release of a DLC dedicated to Mortal Kombat X that can extend the longevity of the Story Mode. Obviously at the moment there are still no official news, but the release of additional content related to a single player could become reality.
