Monster Hunter Generations will be getting Legend of Zelda Windwaker DLC soon
In the same manner that it happened with Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, Monster Hunter Generations will also offer free DLC that will include characters based from other games costumes, and one of these is the iconic attire of Link.
Capcom has released a trailer where it is confirmed that the DLC of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker is going to hit Monster Hunter Generations in the West.
It was last November when Capcom announced a new partnership for Monster Hunter X. This was nothing less than a special constume for us. Prowler, which thus acquired the aspect of Toon Link, from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. But since then little or nothing was mentioned about this content for the West. Luckily this changed today.
Through its channel on YouTube, the company introduced the Western trailer of the DLC now known as Monster Hunter Generations X The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. As previously announced, this content is completely free and the only thing we expect is that the company will launch the DLC through the Nintendo Network to enjoy it.
So you can dress your Palicoes to look like Link from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. The outfit has the Master Sword and Hylian Shield on, but it seems that, unfortunately, iy cannot be used.
At the moment, there is no information on when the DLC of Link will be available on Monster Hunter Generations, but it will be comforting to know for the fans that it will come for free. Some other DLC confirmed so far are those that are based on Fire Emblem, Mega Man, Okami and Strider.
Monster Hunter Generation came to Nintendo 3DS on 15 July. A demo is already available in the eShop.
