Mirror’s Edge Catalyst is now playable with EA Access on Xbox One

Mirror’s Edge Catalyst, the highly anticipated sequel of Parkour game from Electronic Arts, will officially debut until June 7, but if you’re using Xbox One, you can now play it now from today.

Electronic Arts announced today that the game developed by DICE is already available in the EA Access and Origin Access catalog on Xbox One and PC.

Originally scheduled for today, this version of Mirror’s Edge Catalyst is restricted to 6 hours of play. To download, you must have an EA Access subscription and just select “Trial”. However, note that you will require not less than 16.21GB of free space on your hard drive, in order to download the game. In this version, 10 missions are playable and 2 areas of the city can be explored.

This trial version is also available for PC through Origin, but still its subscribers might have to wait until today to give it a try.

Remember, Mirror’s Edge Catalyst will be available on June 9 on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Also note that EA Access is available on Xbox One, while Origin Access is available for PC. On both platforms, free access to the service is available at 3.99 euros per month. Members of EA Access or Origin Access can gain early access to games, 10% discount on purchases and free titles. The service is not available for PlayStation 4.
