Mighty No. 9 gets delayed on Xbox 360
Although today is the release of Mighty No. 9 for almost all consoles, Xbox 360 players will have to wait a few more days to enjoy this title. According to the Comcept developer, the game had problems in the verification process and that caused the game to get delayed.
Through the official blog of Comcept it has been reported that the version of Mighty No. 9 for Xbox 360 will not arrive today as planned, as the team in charge has found some errors unexpected in the final test phase to distribute the game in the system. Unfortunately, it has still not been announced when this title will arrive to the last generation console of Microsoft, although it has said it will take a few days.
Meanwhile, versions of the game for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Wii U, PC and Xbox One are already available, and the good news is that those who already bought the game on Xbox 360 or or were donors will receive a free Steam code to download the game.
Versions of PlayStation Vita and Nintendo 3DS will also come in a few days.
In a recent stream, the game director, Keiji Inafune, acknowledged that the title is come through with some performance issues, and also clarified that the game is free of transaction and it is not abusive respect to the DLC. Despite the problems, and the unfavorable criticism, Inafune is confident that the title has enough thrust to work on sequels of the same.
In addition to the above, it is specified that the Mac and Linux versions are in the final testing phase, so these will also be distributed in a few days, although Comcept did not provide a specific release date.
