Metro 2035 game to be announced at E3 2016: Rumor
4A Games, the studio responsible for Metro: Redux, may be present at E3 2016. An employee of the studio has confirmed its presence on the Russian forum of Gameru.net, only by changing the message by entering an emoticon expression which seems rather vague.
Several months ago, CEO of Deep Silver, Klemens Kundratitz, announced that the publisher is preparing a major announcement for the upcoming exhibition of E3 2016, but then this information will not cause more resonance, given that such a declaration can be made to absolutely any game, and for the output it will be a quite common project. Today it became known that the Ukrainian company 4A Games, developers of post-apocalyptic shooter Metro 2033 and Metro 2034: Last Light, in response to a direct question about the plans said that they are going to come to the exhibition, but the message on the forum “We’re going to” was soon replaced by smiley.
Given that 4A games has frozen the development of its unannounced cosmic action, and the rights to publishing a series of Metro games is with Deep Silver, so it is not difficult to guess that we are waiting for the announcement of a new Metro 2035 based on the novel by Dmitry Glukhovsky. It is likely that a major announcement may refer for Saints Row: Agents of Mayhem (alleged name based on the TM registration), but most relied on Metro 2035.
The Metro series is published by Deep Silver, who recently registered a new trademark that could refer to the Saints Row series. If 4A Games will actually be present at E3 2016, probably the publisher will show more than one product. Stay tuned with us for more updates about this news.
