Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain was released on September 1, 2015. The game is quite a hit on different game platforms. With this the game developer was about to release a new Story DLC that would extend the gameplay a few more hours. But there is no confirmation for the same. This would be a kind of sad news for the players. The game is pretty impressive with amazing gameplay and there is variety of challenging mission. New DLC would let players to get extended hours of more new missions. But Konami is not ready for the same. Social Community Manager of Konami, Mr. Robat Allan Peer, has confirmed about the same. As per the details, there won’t be any Story DLC coming up for the game. This can be a kind of confirmed news for all players. There won’t be any upcoming DLC for the game.

It looks Konami will take more time to provide a new DLC for the game although the game developer does not look interested in any extended gameplay. The next big addition for this game is Metal Gear Online. A few recent patches are necessary for the same. You can find details about the same on the official site.
