DOOM Eternal Delayed To Next Year March 2020

The followers of id Software and Bethesda look forward to the premiere of DOOM Eternal, a title that was scheduled to release on November 22. If you are one of them, we have some bad news, because the game was delayed and you will not be able to play it this year.

Bethesda reported that DOOM Eternal will take a few more months to release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Now, the new title will be available on these platforms until March 20, 2020.

On the other hand, Nintendo Switch users will have to wait even longer. For now, there is no release date for the port of the hybrid console, but it is a fact that it will come after March next year.

The company also confirmed the delay of DOOM 64, a game that was going to arrive on Switch also on November 22. The good news is that this title will also be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, but will release on all systems on March 20, 2020.

In addition, DOOM 64 will now be one of the presale rewards of DOOM Eternal. Bethesda apologized to the community waiting for the game, but guaranteed that the additional time will serve to meet everyone’s expectations.

Likewise, a change was revealed regarding the content of DOOM Eternal. Now, Invasion Mode will arrive shortly after launch as part of a free update. Bethesda said they will later confirm the release date of the Switch version.
