Battlefield V First Teaser Trailer Revealed, World War II Setting and Microsoft Exclusive Content Hinted
This week, DICE and Electronic Arts will unveil Battlefield V, the next installment of its popular first-person shooter franchise. If you cannot wait to see more of what they are preparing, you will be happy to know that today they shared its first teaser.
Through the official Twitter account of Battlefield, DICE shared a short video of Battlefield V. In it, a subject appears struggling against the character of the player and asking him to remain silent.
The interesting thing is that, when analyzing this short video, it seems to confirm that Battlefield V will take us to the Second World War. What we mean is that the multiplayer information on the screen presents a pair of signs – the United Kingdom flag and the Iron Cross – which seems to indicate that it is a battle between the Axis and the Allies. In addition, the garments that the subject of the teaser carries do not clash with a war in this historical period.
Another important point is that at the beginning of the preview the Xbox logo appears, which indicates that Microsoft has a marketing deal for this title. Recall that this is not the first time it is happening since the company also had the marketing rights of Battlefield 1.
It is important to note that, so far, DICE has also revealed more details about the game. So, for the moment we can only wait for its official revelation – May 23 – to learn more about what it is preparing.
