Zelda: Breath of the Wild Running At 4K/60 FPS on PC With CEMU 1.11.13
The developers of the CEMU authors have recently updated the application, optimizing the emulator for the less performing configurations and for the top-level CPUs and GPUs.
The result seems remarkable, as evidenced by a new video showing The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for Wii U running on CEMU in 4K and 60 fps.
Using a PC equipped with NVIDIA GeForce GTX1080 GPU, Intel Core i7-6700 4.2 GHz processor and 16GB of RAM, the author of the video managed to play The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for Wii U on PC in 4K and 60 fps stable, using CEMU 1.11.13, the latest version of the software available.
Nintendo has not yet intervened to stop the work on CEMU but the team responsible for the emulator has declared itself willing to interrupt the project in case of an explicit request by the house of Kyoto.
Initially available only for users who contributed to the project via Patreon, Cemu 1.11.3 version is available from a few hours for all users on its official website.
The reported news has the sole purpose of illustrating the technical advances in the field of gaming and emulation and does not want in any way to incite or encourage piracy, a practice that our editorial team condemns in all of its forms.
