Wolfenstein: The Old Blood crash after installation fix:

This error is due to outdated drivers. You have to update the same in order to fix the issue. If you are using a Nvidia graphics card then you have to install Geforce 335.23 or the newer version whichever is available. And if you are having an AMD graphics card then you will need Catalyst 14.4 or higher. There are certain auto driver updating software that will help you to get the latest drivers automatically in your system. Nvidia and AMD both are having auto update utility. Just install the drivers first and reboot your pc. And then restart your system and start playing the game back again.

Wolfenstein: The Old Blood crash on Windows 10 fix:

Windows 10 is not yet stable for gaming. If anyone is testing or playing this game on Windows 8 or higher and it crashes even after updating the drivers, then you have to run the game on Windows 7 Compatibility Mode. For that right click on the game shortcut and choose properties. Go in the compatibility mode and set the compatibility mode to Windows 7. Then retry launching the game. You will also need the latest DirectX and Visual C++ updates in your system.

Wolfenstein: The Old Blood Poor FPS fix:

This is really common in many games. Even after having a good graphics card gamers are unable to get a decent FPS in this game. There are many reasons behind this. It is directly related to the graphics driver version, game resolution, monitor refresh rate, etc. A few things you can do is run the game with admin rights. For that you have to right click on the game icon and choose run as administrator. Second thing you can do is turn off Vysnc and Screen Space Reflections or any other shadow settings. It will boost the GPS more.

Wolfenstein: The Old Blood stuck on loading screen fix:

This is another common problem that you might face while playing the game. When you start the game you will get a loading screen and the game is not going to move ahead. For that you have to launch Steam and in that go in the Game Library. Right click on Wolfenstein: The Old Blood and then choose Properties. You have to then click on Local Files and click on Verify integrity of game cache. This would help you a lot in fixing the game performance.

Enable Anti-aliasing/Anisotropic filtering in Wolfenstein: The Old Blood:

If your graphics card supports Anti-aliasing/Anisotropic filtering and this is not working then you can configure it manually by activating it in the game. For that you have to right click on the launch option in Steam. And there you have to configure r_multisamples “xx” and vt_maxaniso “xx” values. It will work. Restore the old settings if the game crashes or works slow.

Fixing Wolfenstein: The Old Blood  freezing or lagging issue:

If the game is taking long time to load or freezes in between while playing then I will recommend you to reduce the graphics settings. Try to turn off options that you don’t need and play it on low resolution. Go on Task Manager and checkout all the processes. End those which are not required. This will free up the ram and processing power and will offer more boost to the game. More ram means better output.
