Valkyria Chronicles Remaster Debut Trailer Released

Maybe the name of Sega is not booming today as like twenty years ago, but the Japanese publisher still has something to brag, and to please the audience. And it’s not only a very old brand, but also about the game series, Valkyria Chronicles, which started as an exclusive for PlayStation 3 in 2008.

This tactical game with role-playing elements has captivated gamers in memorable manner of drawing similar to watercolors, and alternative-historical story, which is easy to find many parallels with the real events of the mid XX century. In 2010, the continuation came for the portable console PSP, but failed to attract the attention of a large audience. Valkyria Chronicles III is also not left outside its native Japan.

But now, Valkyria Chronicles is back! Late last year, the game came when Steam gained success with a whole new audience. And soon it will be released in Japan with visually enhanced re-release for the PlayStation 4 gaming console. The revised version of Valkyria Chronicles will be released in Japan on February 10, 2016 for PS4. There is little doubt that Valkyria Chronicles Remaster will reach to Europe by the end of 2016. The remastered version is designed to provide high resolution graphics and all downloadable content including all Trophies.

The footage published by the dealer takes just over 3 minutes, enough time to demonstrate how well this new version looks like. At the same time a demo of Valkyria: Azure Revolution is to be included.

In the meantime, let’s look at the new trailer below:
