A French modder is working on an unofficial remake of Tomb Raider II project using the graphics engine of Unreal Engine 4. The first images released show a rather successful modeling.
Having marked the years of 90s with its first popular episodes, Tomb Raider has a strong identity and this is especially because of its heroine Lara Croft. The beautiful archaeologist has toured the world in its various adventures and continues to make us travel in the recent shutters signed by Crystal Dynamics.
Nicobass is a French fan of the license working for several years on modeling images of Lara Croft. This artist is currently working on a more ambitious project as it seeks to provide an unofficial remake of Tomb Raider 2, made with the popular Unreal Engine 4 of Epic Games.
The first rendered images are put online, showing an interesting and very successful modeling of visual effects. For now, no version is available for download, but we will certainly notify you when this will happen (if the designer does not receive an order to cease and desist from Square Enix in the meantime).
