Titanfall 3 and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Could Release in 2019 Holiday Season

During a recent financial report, the leader of Electronic Arts has leaked the existence of more projects being processed at Respawn, which would not, therefore, deal exclusively with Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order, but also with Titanfall 3.

Specifically, the CEO of Electronic Arts, Andrew Wilson, in describing the future development plans would refer to “games from Respawn that are slated to launch by next holiday season.” The use of the plural on the Software House projects for the winter of 2019 immediately aroused the curiosity of investors, which, as expected, asked EA for further details. Some have also asked if a new episode of Titanfall was included among the Respawn projects.

As expected, the EA management team was vague, but his words deserve to be mentioned: “You heard Andrew use a plural when he said ‘games from Respawn.’ Just consider that a little Easter egg left in the earnings call for you. We’ll announce more when we get there but we’ve clearly got a lot of things working with all of our studios and you should assume that there will be some things that we haven’t announced that come out later in the year when we go to give guidance for next year.”

EA also stated that further details will be provided during the last quarter of the current fiscal year, corresponding to the period January-March 2019.

Certainly, it is difficult to imagine what the second title in the process could be at Respawn. One might think of a new Titanfall 3, but, at present, a new IP appears equally possible. Moreover, the information we have on the same Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order is very poor. The title, announced during the last E3, is in fact still lacking a precise exit window.
