The development studio Telltale Games is on all the fronts. Indeed, the company recently returned on its next project which will focus on the license of Batman and is currently working on three episodes of the series The Walking Dead: Michonne.

Fans of narrative adventure game The Walking Dead who have played the first two seasons await with great anticipation after the progress of Clementine, the heroine of the series.

As part of an interview with the website Mashable, Kevin Bruner – the CEO of Telltale Games – said that Season 3 will begin in 2016.

Returning to the possibilities offered to players by the end of season 2, Bruner said that season 3 will offer an “unexpected” approach, implying that the players will be surprised.

The CEO intends to propose a third season that will be understandable for players who have not played the previous episodes. Hopefully, however, a link will always be there for these new adventures of zombie territory.

Finally, Telltale Games has confirmed that details of the new season will be shared during the summer of 2016 as part of the Comic-Con International to be held between 21 and 24 July in San Diego.
