It seems that Super Smash Bros. for 3DS/Wii U and Mario Kart 8 will not have the only rights to receive additional paid content, since Nintendo might have the intention to add paid DLC’s to the last title that just came out for Nintendo 3DS: The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes. Thanks to media The Cutting Room Floor who made the discovery, we learned of the existence of texts that have not been used in the game in which Harapia, the city where the adventure unfolds, you might receive new areas other than those already included.

This is not all as they have also found five blank entries in the costume name file termed as sys_costume_dlc_02 to sys_costume_dlc_06. This file seems to suggest that new costumes will be also added in the game later in the future.

We have shared the fragments below in which the character clearly tells us the need to pay for the new DLC to reach new areas previously unseen and even mentions the eShop. We emphasize that Nintendo has not ruled on the matter and these are just merely assumptions. What do you guys think?
