Team17 has presented the debut trailer of The Escapists 2 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, a title that will be the continuation of the original game launched last year.
Team17 and Mouldy Toof Studios have announced the existence of The Escapists 2, the second chapter of the self-employed game based on evasions and rebellions in prison, which has enjoyed incredible success.
This new game, developed by Mouldy Toof Studios and scheduled for launch in 2017, will introduce a multiplayer option with split screen or online play for up to four players in cooperative or competitive mode. It is designed to allow players to join games without problems.
As for the new playable things, new options will be included to create items and improved combat system with a new set of system goals and lock as well as a system of strong and light attacks will be there.
To this one must add new ways to escape, including attaching sheets to make a rope from which to climb down, something that will be necessary because prisons now with several stories high are included.
Developers have also worked to revise the graphic style of this title, enhancing pesonalisation options of the characters (you can also choose between a male or female character) and integrate different activities for prisoners, such as painting classes.
The Escapists 2 is expected for 2017 release on Steam, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
