The Division public test server will open on September 22 for PC

Ubisoft has announced that the public test server for The Division will finally open its doors this Thursday on September 22 for members of the Elite Task Force, while on the 26th of this month it will be available for everyone.

Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment have announced during their last livestream that the test server of The Division game will be available to the public from September 22, 09:00 am CET. The PTS, as it is called in the jargon, has been the subject of a recent ruling, due to the delay, in turn, directly linked to the update 1.4 that was apparently still not finalized in terms of content.

This test server will only be available on PC, so it will not open or PlayStation 4 or Xbox One. In this way, players can test patches and new content that the game will get before its release, thus facilitating and detecting bugs and errors so they can be resolved before the premiere.

Not surprisingly, there were some players themselves who demanded something because of the huge number of bugs that had the game after each update of the content.

Tom Clancy’s The Division is set in the near future in which a virus has wreaked havoc on the island of Manhattan, annihilating millions of people. It is an action game in the third person and role with a strong online component, both cooperative and competitive.
