So today, in this guide we will cover as much of technical solutions for this kind of problems on PC.  In any case, first you need to confirm that your system specifications meet the necessary requirements for Street Fighter V:

Street Fighter V Crash to Desktop or Crash at Startup or Won’t Launch fix:

Nvidia has recently released GEFORCE GAME READY DRIVER version 361.91 that can be downloaded from this link. Just install the new Nvidia drivers to avoid crashing problem.

Another reason for crashing is because of AVG antivirus installed in your machine. Many have reported that there is a conflict between Street Fighter V and AVG antivirus, so it is needed to be uninstalled. Another problem is the Wacom Tablets or Touch Screen which causes the crash, so try to remove all this things to avoid crashing issues.

To get the controller working your pc, you will have to use a 3rd party tool such as Joy2Key that can be easily googled and installed in your pc. If you want to make PS3/PS4 or any other Logitech controller to work with Street Fighter V then download x360ce by visiting this link. Just extract the contents from the archive and copy the x360ce_x64.exe file to this folder location – Steam\steamapp­s\common\StreetFight­erV\StreetFighterV\B­inaries\Win64. Connect your controller to your pc and then double click on the x360ce_x64.exe file. It will automatically try to download the settings from internet and once it is completed, then under Controller 1, just select Auto or Manual as per your choice. It is good to select Auto as it automatically maps all the buttons on your Controller.

Street Fighter V Black Screen Fix:

If the game is crashing just after the Capcom Logo or if it is stuck at a black screen then go to this Steam Folder – common\StreetFighterV\StreetFighterV\Content\Movies and delete or rename the OpeningTrPC.wmv file. Just ensure to backup the file before deleting or renaming it.
