Resident Evil 7 Kitchen Demo available to download for PlayStation VR on October 13
Sony has announced that the demo of Resident Evil 7 Kitchen will be available for PlayStation VR on the same day of the launch of the virtual reality device on October 13.
The famous demo that terrified almost all testers at E3 2015, which will act as a secret announcement of Resident Evil 7 will indeed be available in Japan this October 13 on the same release date for the PS VR in Europe. But the good news is that for the Europeans, the demo will be also available on the same date, and normally free from PlayStation Store as evidenced by the tweet below.
Resident Evil 7 Kitchen is a demo of Capcom presented at various events of PS VR before officially Resident Evil 7 was unveiled. Here we get into the skin of a character tied to a chair in a kitchen, compared to a cadaver and a camcorder that records us. It was widely applauded for its great atmosphere and also caused frights in those who tried it.
This is different, therefore, to the demo of the Resident Evil 7 available on PlayStation Network, which allows us to explore a house apparently abandoned to solve mysteries. For now, we do not know if it will be similar or different to the Beginning Hour that we know, but we bet it will be somewhat different and more terrifying in view of the reactions of players who seem to encounter something pretty creepy.
