Resident Evil 2 Remake is now officially confirmed by Capcom. They will be working on the old version and will bring up a lot more better version in the coming time. The game release date is not yet announced. So most probably it is not this year. Resident Evil 2 was in demand due to a huge fan following. The actual version of this game was first released in January 21, 1998. Now Capcom is working on a revamped edition that will be loaded with a lot better graphics and impressive gameplay. It is being confirmed by Producer Yoshiaki Hirabyashi. There are lots of fans who are sending petition in-oder to revamp this game and make it look a lot better. That is the reason the game developer is taking steps ahead to provide a better version of this old game.
The most recent version we are having is Resident Evil 6. But after that nothing else was mentioned. With this old game Capcom has not yet said anything about upcoming series of Resident Evil games. The entire Resident Evil series was quite a hit. This time we are quite excited to see the revamped version. Most of the time the developer has carry forwarded the older storyline that brings up with new challenges and mission.
