Rainbow Six Pro League Competition Announced

The games from Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six series have been previously already appeared in the professional gaming scene. Rainbow Six Siege is newly hatched and makes the series a return to the scene. Ubisoft together with ESL and Xbox works to get above this League. PC and Xbox are the focal points for this league.

Rainbow Six Pro League Competition

Although, the competition scene for Rainbow Six has just announced finding the first official matches in the Rainbow Six Pro League place at the beginning of March on the LAN from Intel Extreme Masters in Katowice, Poland. The game will come for the first time on LAN where it is played competitively. Siege’s creative director, Xavier Marquis, has said several things in an interview most notably that this competitive scene in the game is a natural extension of the game.

“Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege was built from the ground up with competition in mind,” he explained. “We’re excited to partner with ESL, one of the biggest names in esports, to deliver a league for Rainbow Six Siege fans to compete and enjoy the game they love.”

The first season of the Pro League will mainly consist of eight matches played on the PC. From this it will be the European competition that will exist. “In the following weeks,” there will also be the North American league played, but it will not be played on the PC, but on the Xbox One.

Of course, in every professional league prize is discussed. In total, the prize will include approximately $100,000. The best team/clan/group will be at the end of the first season to get a sum of $50,000 as a victory.
