The Double Fine studio, presented yesterday with the first look of gameplay of Psychonauts in the Rhombus of Ruin at E3 2016. It is a totally VR adventure, based on the franchise that was hailed at the time of PlayStation 2.
Psychonauts in the Rhombus of Ruin is the new game of the studio Double Fine Productions, which will be released as an exclusive to PlayStation VR where we will find out what happened before Psychonauts 2.
In this new installment of new account we follow the steps of Raz, who is now a member of the Psychonauts, the international group of elite agents. The story continues exactly where it left off in the title of 2005, Raz, Lili, Sasha, Milla and Coach Oleander flying to rescue Truman Zanotto, their leader.
As part of the VR experience, users will see through the eyes of Raz in first person perspective, and you have to use the psychic abilities of this character to affect the world and solve puzzles.
The writer and director of this release is the legendary Tim Sachfer and also includes in its ranked veteran Chad Dawson and many people of the original staff of the first game.
Psychonauts in the Rhombus of Ruin will come exclusively to PlayStation VR this year, but it is already preparing Psychonauts 2, a game that will be available on consoles and PC until 2018.
