Bad news for Wii U players. Project CARS is not coming on this Nintendo console. It is now confirmed by publisher Bandai Namco. The game is cancelled and yet there is no news whether it might be coming up in future or not. The publisher has made an announcement for the same.

Project CARS was released on May 7, 2015 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, & Microsoft Windows. Later the game was planned for Wii U also but now it will not be coming on the same platform. Project CARS is a racing simulator video game. Leaving this aside it is good if players can simply wait for more new upcoming games on Wii U. We had seen the list of all upcoming games for Wii U this year and it does not include any racing games. But there are ample of impressive title waiting for its release. Like for example Super Mario Maker, Skylanders SuperChargers, LEGO Dimensions, etc. There are many games that would be coming up. Project Cars would be a good choice for those who want a racing game on Wii U.
Project CARS was quite popular after its release. It is a high graphics game that would be hard to port on different consoles. The good thing is that this game is released on PC so that players can still play it. The game also got lots of free content recently to keep the players engaged. Most recent cars that came for free are W MOTORS LYKAN HYPERSPORT and AUDI A1 QUATTRO. While there are more in the coming soon list.
