A new title based on the universe of the saga of Power Rangers, called Power Rangers Battle For The Grid, should be released in April. Although the Power Rangers franchise is struggling to keep in pace with other games, it certainly evokes a good dose of nostalgia on the side of the older players. Now, fans of the series should be delighted to learn that the franchise seems to provide a return on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One for the month of April.
nWay, developer and publisher of Power Rangers: Legacy Wars, the successful multiplayer mobile game with over 45 million downloads, is reported to have partnered with Hasbro and global content leader Lionsgate to announce Power Rangers Battle for the Grid. The game that would take the form of a fighting game will be available for digital download at $19.99 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch in April 2019, then on PC later in the year.
Although the game is not yet official, it is already available for pre-order on a site in its name and offers a $39.99 Collector’s Edition which includes a Season Pass giving access to three new characters, their story in Arcade mode and a new warrior skin.
In view of this discovery, the formalization of the game should not be delayed and we should learn a little about it with a possible gameplay video.

In addition, a special Digital Collector’s Edition will be available to pre-order for $39.99, which contains the full game download, Season One Pass (which will include three new characters, their Arcade story, and a new warrior skin), and exclusive Lord Drakkon V2 and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Pink Ranger character skins.
