Pokémon Snap first level video running on Nintendo 3DS released

A YouTube user known as Ganjulationess3DS, uploaded a video which shows the first level of Pokémon Snap running on a Nintendo 3DS.

As you will see below, what made this creative fan is still a work in progress and at the moment it lacks many details to look like the level of the game of Nintendo 64. I am saying this because pocket creatures are not animated and still it does not introduce mechanics such as throwing food and the Pester Ball or the use of the Poke Flute.

However the project of Ganjulationess3DS has some features that I’m sure the fans would like to see in an official port of Pokémon Snap for Nintendo 3DS. For example, the second screen of the console shows the controls of the camera and the most recent photograph that you have taken.

It is important to note that Ganjulationess3DS does not intend to release his project. The user said in a comment that he is using the material of Pokémon Snap solely to develop scripts of camera control and photoshoot for who wants to use it in his project.

Without more I leave you with the video that was shared by Ganjulationess3DS:

What do you think about it? Would you like Game Freak and Nintendo ally themselves to bring Pokémon Snap for Nintendo 3DS or Nintendo Switch? Tell us in the comment section below.

On several occasions, members of Game Freak and The Pokémon Company have discussed the possibility of reviving Pokémon Snap. However, Junichi Masuda, producer of the franchise, believes that for Snap to come back it needs to be with a fresh proposal, so it is unlikely to someday see a port or a remake.

In related information, earlier this week Nintendo withdrew a fan-made Pokémon project, which was more than 8 years in development and scheduled to debut today. On the other hand, the new installment of the franchise – Pokémon Sun & Pokémon Moon – is a success in sales worldwide.
