Mothergunship developers not sure if PS4 Pro version will run at 4K/60fps, expected on Nintendo Switch

Speaking to the microphones of Gamingbolt, the developers of Mothergunship commented on supporting PlayStation 4 Pro, anticipating that it will not be easy to run the title at 4K resolution while maintaining a 60 FPS frame rate. Debated also there is a chance to bring the game on Nintendo Switch.

Joe Mirabello of Terrible Posture Games explained that they are not sure of being able to run the title of Mothergunship at 4K resolution and 60 FPS on PlayStation 4 Pro, and he’d like a version of the game on Nintendo Switch.

The site Gamingbolt has made an interview with the game director of the title and, when questioned, Mirabello explained that they are not sure of being able to run the title at 4K 60 FPS on the most powerful version of PlayStation 4 Pro.

“Not sure yet. 4k/60fps sounds glorious, but it really depends on how crazy we want the situations the player ends up in to get,” says Joe Mirabello, game director of Mothergunship who did not hide his love for the house of Mario and Zelda: “I love Nintendo and would love to see Mothergunship on a Nintendo system, but, quite honestly, I’m not sure yet how much of a fit the Switch is yet. That will be something we explore in the future.”

Mothergunship (remember that being the spiritual sequel to Tower of Guns) is expected by December 29, 2017 on PC, Xbox One and PS4.
