If the game is crashing at launch then the issue can be with the game profile that is created in the Documents Folder. You have to locate the game folder there and delete it. Then start it back. It will work. Or else you have to re-install the game. Try Revo Uninstaller to completely wipe out the game folders and registry entries.

Might & Magic: Heroes VII does not start:

There issue might be due to a dll file that can be resolved just by renaming the same. All you need to do is go in the game installation folder. That is most probably C:Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft Game Launcher. Go in there and look for libcef.dll.old. Just remove the .old from end and try launching the game back.
