Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle resolution and frame rate confirmed

Because of its strange concept and interesting mechanics, Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle is one of the most anticipated games of the month and there are several people thirsty for more details. If you are one of them, you will be glad to know that Ubisoft has already confirmed its resolution and frame rate.

Through his Twitter account, Davide Soliani, creative director of Ubisoft Milan, confirmed that Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle will run at a rate of 30 frames per second in any mode on Switch. On the other hand, its resolution will be 900p when in the dock, and 720p in portable mode.

Recall that Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle is a strategy title, so even if a rate greater than 30 frames per second would have been welcome, it is not something that is fundamental. With this in mind, it is likely that Ubisoft Milan would prefer to give priority to other graphic details to present the magical realm in which this adventure will take place.

What do you think about the performance and resolution of Mario + Rabbids?

In other news, earlier this week Ubisoft shared a new video of Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle in which they presented us the skills that Mario will have.

On the other hand, you will surely be happy to know that this project will not take up much of your Nintendo Switch storage space. Thanks to the Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle product page on the UK eShop (via Reddit) we know that Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle will take up to 2.3GB of storage on Nintendo Switch. Although it is a strategy title with static battlefields, the size of the game’s file is impressively small, especially when compared to releases for other platforms.

Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle will debut on August 29 exclusively for Nintendo Switch.
