Lynn and the Spirits of Inao Game hits KickStarter
The French studio Bloomylight freshly announced the development of a video game largely inspired by the works of Hayao Miyazaki. The first video posted to this project being funded on Kickstarter presents 2D graphics rather licked.
The fans of the animation definitely know Studio Ghibli, founded by Hayao Miyazaki and to whom we owe some gems such as Spirited Away, Castle in the Sky or Porco Rosso. In the middle of the video game, the developer Level-5 has worked with the animation studio around the license of Ni no Kuni.
Bloomylight, independent development studio based in Aix-en-Provence, has recently announced the development of Lynn and the Spirits of Inao, a game based on adventure/platform largely inspired by the work of Studio Ghibli.
The title allows to embody Lynn, an apprentice priestess who will be accompanied by Aku, a spirit presented in the form of a demon. Our duo will have to explore the island and INAO has to play with day and night to progress through the levels.
The developers offer 2D rendering, seeking a feeling close to a game of Super NES or Megadrive. The game is being financed on the platform of Kickstarter, with a goal of 53,000 euros. The title is slated for release in 2017 on PC (Windows). According to the funding levels, the game is intended to release for Mac, PS4, Xbox One, and Wii U.
