Left 4 Dead 3 revealed by Valve employee mistakenly

0

What would be the world of gaming without Valve and its resistance to take out the third part of their titles. However, the players refuse to accept that the company will not release new iterations and now found alleged tracks of Left 4 Dead 3.

Left 4 Dead 3 folder

That’s right, the community located a new reference to Left 4 Dead 3 in the tutorial development of a Valve employee, rekindling the hope of a new issue of the FPS of zombie title.

The track was discovered by a fan site ValveTime, when the artist Tristan Reidford posted a picture of his tutorial about Destinations Workshop Tools. In the picture we can see a list of folders, where one of them bears the name of “left4dead3”. The screenshot was replaced later, but ValveTime managed to keep the evidence.

Obviously, it is normal that Valve workers carry in their computers folders of Portal, Half-Life or Left 4 Dead, no matter what the real situation of these games might be. But it is curious to know how the list of folders is positioned, so that we can see Left 4 Dead 3 at the top. As if that were not enough, the new image, which now has no folder appears to be edited in Photoshop.

This new track adds to several rumor that have emerged over the years. In 2013, fans of Dota 2 visited the headquarters of the company and found registration of Left 4 Dead 3 and the graphics engine of Source 2 on a computer instead. Meanwhile, the co-creator of Counter-Strike, who no longer works at Valve, said in 2014 that Left 4 Dead 3 was in development and witnessed conceptual art of Half-Lief 3.

For now, as is already being usual, we have to wait for the next track to make us think that Valve is working on the third part of one of their games, or give us the idea that it will never happen.
