In addition to having a good sales pace, Kingdom Hearts 3 has just reached an important milestone regarding its performance in the market. The developer reported that the title already sold more than 5 million copies worldwide.
This figure includes physical units and digital copies. Square Enix did not detail the sales numbers per platform. The company took the opportunity to thank all the fans for their patience and for making Kingdom Hearts 3 a success.
The new release debuted as the best seller in the UK and even surpassed major releases such as Resident Evil 2. In Japan, something similar happened, as the title managed to ship more than 600,000 copies in its first available week.
We remind you that Square Enix has already released the secret scene of Kingdom Hearts 3. Square Enix launched a new update for same. All players just need to download and install this new update. Note that this scene will appear in the Memory Archive section found in the main menu of the game.
