Ikenie to Yuki no Setsuna Jump Festa 2016 Trailer revealed
Square Enix took the Jump Festa 2016 to unveil a new video of the mysterious Ikenie to Yuki no Setsuna, a new RPG developed in-house that looks rather interesting for fans of Japanese RPGs before 2000.
Initially revealed as the Project Setsuna in June, Ikenie to Yuki no Setsuna comes as a new type of RPG license developed internally within the studio Tokyo RPG Factory, founded by Square Enix.
The title is an ode to fans of RPG, with a top view, fighting in turn via an gauge of ATB (Active Time Battle). The graphics, although in 3D environments boast of very good quality and is also more immersive.
At the scenario, it will be matter of following Setsuna, a young daughter of 18 who aims to serve as a sacrifice, as part of a tradition to reduce the number of casualties caused by monsters.
Ikenie to Yuki no Setsuna is intended to be sold at 18 February 2016 in Japan, on PS4 and PS Vita. For now, Square Enix has made no comments regarding the release of the game in Europe.
