Forza Motorsport 7 VIP System will be modified after fan criticism

With the launch of Forza Motorsport 7, we have been able to see a new confrontation of the player’s community against a studio for differences in design decisions. The confrontation was caused by changes in the VIP system applied to the new title.

All part of the decision of the studio to limit the use of the modifications of VIP character whereas in previous titles had no limitations. As you advance, in Forza Motorsport 7 the players have 5 VIP Mods and each of them can be used 5 times.

The community has complained that these changes have not been told to players in advance causing confusion. Now, the criticism has been so widespread that the studio has decided to take action on the issue and announce changes to the VIP system of the driving game.

In an open letter to the community of players, Turn 10 Studios has promised to reconfigure the VIP system to be the same as in the past. In addition, as a compensation players will be given a million credits and three free cars to all members (2016 Jaguar F-TYPE Project 7 Forza Edition, 2017 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Forza Edition and 2010 Maserati Gran Turismo S Forza Edition).

“We will be changing VIP rewards in Forza Motorsport 7. This new system will work like it did in Forza Motorsport 6, offering a 2X base credit bonus after every race. We’ve already started work on this feature and we will release it as soon as possible. Look for more information on this update as we near the release date,” the studio has commented on their official blog.

This leaves the controversy that has tarnished the launch of Forza Motorsport 7.
