Forza Horizon 4 Crosses 2 Million Players in its First Week
Forza Horizon 4 is one of the most important releases that Xbox One has had this year. Gavin Raeburn, director of Playground Games, confirmed that the new release was a success, since it already has a large community of players.
The creative revealed that Forza Horizon 4 already has more than 2 million players, a figure that was achieved only in its first week available in the market. Raeburn commented that the new title has the highest rating of this generation for an Xbox game, according to Metacritic data.
In addition, the executive said that Forza is still the best selling racing franchise of the generation, according to the data revealed by the NPD Group. So far, players have enjoyed more than 4.6 million hours of Forza Horizon 4 gameplay on Mixer, Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook.
On the other hand, active players have covered more than 822.7 million miles within the title. For its part, Horizon Life is not far behind, as they have bought about 4.1 million properties and 74.4 million cars were obtained. Several members of Xbox celebrated the success of the game on Twitter.
Given the great response from the community, Playground Games is already working on some novelties for the racing title, among them is the Route Creator function, which will be ready by October 25.
Finally, Raeburn reminded the players that the title is also available in Xbox Game Pass, a service where you get access to the standard edition of the game. On the other hand, we remind you that the Forza Racing World Championship 2018 will be held at the Gfinity Esports Arena in London this month.
Forza Horizon 4 is available for Xbox One and Windows 10.
