Final Fantasy IX download available now on Steam, Launch Trailer Released
After some waiting, the PC version of Final Fantasy IX is finally available for download on the Steam platform. During the first days of availability, a 20% discount is granted.
Announced in the beginning of 2016 by Square Enix and recently in our columns, Final Fantasy IX on PC has been sorely expected by fans of RPG. Indeed, the Japanese publisher has just put online the title on the download platform of Steam.
After an exit on smartphones and tablets in February, players were waiting with some impatience to take advantage of this RPG series on PC.
So PC gamers (Windows only) can finally enjoy this great episode for the first time on this support. Its selling price is indicated to 20 dollars, but it is possible to enjoy a 20% discount – for a price of 16 dollars – until 20 April.
Remember, this version contains many improvements, including the addition of the success of a fast mode, automatic save game, but especially a small redesign including the addition of cutscenes and characters in HD. The overall rendering of the game is really good, much better than the original title.
Recall that the game was released for the first time in 2000, and tells the story of the bandit (Zinedine) Zidane Tribal, projecting, with his band of thieves known as the Tantalus, kidnapping the Princess Garnet of Alexandria.
