If the lack of good boxing game on Xbox One is something that has hurt you since the launch of the console, we have a piece of news that will brighten your day: starting today Fight Night Champion, the title developed by EA Canada, is part of the list of backward compatibility with Xbox One.
As usual, it was Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb, the programming director of Xbox LIVE, responsible for sharing this news. Through his Twitter account, the executive said that Fight Night Champion came to the backward compatibility program so that everyone who has a copy on Xbox 360 of this title can use it to play on Xbox One.
So, everyone who has a physical copy of Fight Night Champion can put it on their Xbox One to download and start playing. On the other hand, those who have it in digital will notice that it is already part of their Xbox One collection, so they will only have to do what is necessary to download and install it.
Fight Night Champion is a boxing game that arrived in March 2011 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. It is a game that was well received by critics for its campaign mode and it’s game system that changed the control scheme.
