FIFA 18 Patch 1.06 Download Available Now On PS4, Xbox One, and PC
It is normal for soccer referees to make mistakes that annoy the fans of the affected team, and in FIFA 18 there are occasions when something similar happens. For this reason, Electronic Arts launched an update that corrects a detail of the arbitration.
According to the patch notes, Electronic Arts fixed a problem that caused the referees to mark a penalty when a defender won an aerial duel but hit an offensive player. Thus, there will be fewer occasions in which the referees mark the maximum penalty when in reality there is no fault.
That’s not all since the new patch for FIFA 18 includes other changes to the game system. Among them, it stands out that the time a goalkeeper takes to get up from a save was reduced to recover the ball after a rebound. In addition, it eliminates an error that caused the goalkeepers not to respond adequately to some types of passes.
In addition, the new update for FIFA 18 adds a new countdown that will appear every time you open the PlayStation or Xbox menu while playing FUT Champions. So, you will get a message that will inform you that you will be taken out of the game if you do not return to it before the end of the time.
Finally, EA took the opportunity to fix some bugs that were present in modes such as Race, Tournaments and FIFA Ultimate Team. Note that this patch is only available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
It is important to note that this is not the first update that arrived on FIFA 18. Recently, Electronic Arts released a patch that improved the goalkeepers, so putting goals stopped being so easy. A few weeks later, an update debuted that made adjustments to the pass system.
