Dragon’s Crown Pro Will Release In The West In Spring 2018

During the last weeks, we have talked about Dragon’s Crown Pro for PlayStation 4. This new version of the original RPG of PlayStation 3 and PS Vita was only scheduled to arrive in Japan. As expected, ATLUS confirmed its localization in the West just recently.

According to the details, Dragon’s Crown Pro will arrive in America and Europe sometime in the spring of 2018. You can relive this adventure in exchange for $49.99 USD. The game will debut in Japan at the beginning of 2018. To be exact, the game will debut on February 8th.

This remastered version will have general graphics improvements, so the art of VanillaWare will shine even more. Additionally, the game will have 4K support on PlayStation 4 Pro. As if that was not enough, the soundtrack, by Hitoshi Sakimoto, was reworked with orchestral works.

As for the language options, you can enjoy Dragon’s Crown Pro with audio in English or Japanese. The texts will come in a greater variety of languages, including Spanish, English, Italian, French, and German.

If you still have friends who are enjoying the title on PlayStation 3 and PS Vita, you should know that Dragon’s Crown Pro will have cross-play with these systems. On the other hand, ATLUS confirmed that it will also enable the cross-save option.

Dragon’s Crown Pro will include all the updates and the Storyteller Voice Pack DLC. As in the original version, up to 4 players can embark on dangerous adventures in multiplayer. In total, there will be 6 types of characters: Fighter, Sorceress, Elf, Dwarf, Amazon, and Wizard.

ATLUS showed some gameplay of the Japanese version of the game; in addition, it revealed the special edition the game will have at its debut on the Japanese island.
