Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 announced by Bandai Namco for PC, PS4 and Xbox One
Bandai Namco Europe has finally released a press release in which the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is announced. The game is still in development but there is no release date yet.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 builds on its popular predecessor. Bandai Namco Europe says that the new Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is primarily a newer, enhanced and improved version of the first Dragon Ball Xenoverse album. According to the studio, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is specially designed to power the next generation of consoles and PCs in a right matter. The development is again done by Dimps. Dimps is a Japanese developer in recent years that has developed games including Dragon Ball and Street Fighter.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will once again allow players to create their own Dragonball Z character and thus they can fight side by side with the Dragon Ball heroes against villains like Frieza, Cell and Majin Buu. It is a game basically about an alternate timeline in the Dragon Ball universe. A new evil has found a way to travel through time to go and change the history and future. In response, the player is returned or retransmitted to the past or the future to restore the original timeline.
In addition to restoring the timeline according to the trailer, which you can see below, it is also possible to change the events of the past or the future, but in favor of the good guys.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will appear on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC in 2016. Its release is known only in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Australia. About a Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 release for the United States is not known yet.
