During a recent AMA session on Reddit, the actor Mads Mikkelsen revealed that he was aware of many details about Death Stranding but he could not reveal anything about it.
“I can say a lot, but I would get a visit from six strong Japanese guys real fast if I did…,” says Mads Mikkelsen in an ironic declaration but one that emphasizes, once again, how Hideo Kojima has chosen to keep the maximum confidentiality about some aspects of production, spreading very little information on the nature of the game and on the gameplay mechanics of Death Stranding.
Just recently, Hideo Kojima showed the first two hours of Death Stranding at Guerrilla Games, the Dutch studio has struggled to contain their enthusiasm, demonstrated with a long series of tweets in which fans have shown extremely positive attitude against the work of the Japanese producer.
At the moment the release date of Death Stranding is still shrouded in mystery, according to various rumors the game could release during 2019, as also made clear by Troy Baker with a Tweet.
