Call of Duty Ghosts 2 Could Be The Next Game by Infinity Ward

We know that Infinity Ward is currently working on the new episode of Call of Duty coming out in 2019, but we do not know if the studio is developing the first episode of a new sub-series or if it will pick up an already existing saga of the universe of COD, called Call of Duty Ghosts 2.

To feed the doubts comes a Tweet by Ashton Williams, community manager of Infinity Ward that in the past few hours has posted the GIF of a skull: a clear reference to Call of Duty Ghosts 2?

It is not excluded that the studio is working on Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4 while according to other hypothesis the COD of 2019 will be Call of Duty Ghosts 2, sequel to the title released in 2013 and warmly welcomed by the public and critics. In recent months some rumors have confirmed the existence of Modern Warfare 4 but the message from Williams messes up the cards on the table.

According to the rumors that emerged, the new Call of Duty will be released at the end of 2019 on PC, PS4, Xbox One and also on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Scarlett, but not for Nintendo Switch.
