Borderlands 3 motion capture photo teased by Gearbox CEO
For some time there are rumors of Borderlands 3, title several times also quoted by Gearbox Software but never made official. In the past few hours, Randy Pitchford (the studio’s co-founder) has published a photo that seems to actually confirm the existence of a new episode of the series.
With an image published on his personal Twitter account, the CEO of Gearbox Software Randy Pitchford showed his involvement in the motion capture of Borderlands 3.
After the announcement of the actual development of Borderlands 3 that took place in 2015, they did not have much information about the game. The last dates back to a few months ago, when the CEO of Gearbox Software, Randy Pitchford, showed some assets of how the game might look with the Unreal Engine 4.
The picture shows the same Pitchford engaged in a motion capture session, the image is accompanied by the following message: “Doing a shoot… I may or may not be a psycho bandit in a video game we may or may not be working on. Also, happy Bulletstorm launch day!”
The reference to Borderlands 3 seems to be clear, to the moment, however, 2K Games and Gearbox Software have not announced anything about it yet. We look forward to learn more about this game.
