Assassin’s Creed: The Rebel Collection Cover for Switch States Game Card Includes Only Half of the Content

Assassin’s Creed: The Rebel Collection was officially announced in early September as a new effort by Ubisoft and Nintendo. Thanks to this, a package was placed for sale in which it includes two different titles of the acclaimed assassin franchise: Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag and Assassin’s Creed: Rogue. Now, unfortunately, it seems that the package in question arrives with a small issue.

Apparently, Amazon Spain has listed the game showing even the cover of the game. In it, a detail has caught the attention of the fans: at the top, it is indicated that in the game cartridge only Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag will come, while Assassin’s Creed Rogue will come as a digital download in this boxed version.

Although the situation could be different in other countries, it seems quite clear that in Spain the package will only arrive with Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag as the title in the physical cartridge. Likewise, it is important to note that neither Ubisoft nor Nintendo have expressed themselves openly about this decision, but it is the least unlikely statement that Amazon has inserted on its own accord in what is the official boxart of the title.

While it is true that this news may not please the general public, we cannot ignore that the package includes many different attractions. For example, the specified releases will arrive with all the downloadable content that was added to the games after publication.

Assassin’s Creed: The Rebel Collection for Nintendo Switch will release on December 6, 2019.
