The first thing I would suggest you to solve this issue is to check the System Requirements. The next thing you can do is update your video drivers for a better output and the last is to turn off DEP that might be causing the crash. For turning off DEP follow the below steps.:

Go to Start > Control Panel > System Maintenance > System > Advance System Settings > Performance > Data Execution Prevention > Turn on DEP for all Programs and Services expect those I select. Now select the game launcher and the exception list under it. Exit and relaunch the game.

This is a purely a driver issue. You have to update the same first and then you can go in the game controller settings to see whether it is detected or not. You can find the drivers of the controller on the official site of game controller manufacturer.

Assassin’s creed Chronicles: India stuck on one resolution:

You can hit Alt + End to put the game in Windowed mode. And then you can see if you are able to modify the resolution or not. Update the latest video drivers in your system for better output. You can select the controller or keyboard manually. For that you have to edit BaseInput.ini file. Just go in C:Files>Steam>Steamapps>common and there you have to look for BaseInput.ini file. Open this file and modify it to choose either a keyboard or a controller.

Assassin’s creed Chronicles: India Crash on Launch:

This is another problem that many players are facing when they are trying to play the game. The game might not work well when you double click on the game to launch. This is mostly due to poor and outdated drivers. So first remove the old one through Start > Control Panel > Uninstall Program. And then install a new one from the official site.

Assassin’s creed Chronicles: India Low FPS:

If you are unable to get good resolution or fps on the game then there are some workarounds you can do. For that you have to modify the Power Management Mode in Nvidia Control Panel. Launch the same and go in Manage 3D settings. Now look for Program Settings and then click on Switch Power Management Mode. In that you have to choose Prefer Maximum Performance.

Assassin’s creed Chronicles: India Uplay connection failed:

For UPlay issues, you have to go in Start > Control Panel > Uninstall Program. And from there you have to remove UPlay. And then install the latest one from its official website back again. Then try connecting it. Another thing you can do is move the host file from C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc, incase if the file is blocking connectivity.
