Assassin’s Creed Origins ‘The Hidden Ones’ DLC Is Set 10 Years After The Main Story
In January 2018, Ubisoft will release the first DLC of Assassin’s Creed Origins, called The Hidden Ones: through a post on Steam, the company has unveiled new details on this package.
A member of the Ubisoft Support Team has confirmed the following on the Steam forums: “The first DLC is set 10 years after the main story and carries on from this. This is scheduled to be released at the end of January. The second DLC is more of a ‘what if’ scenario and has fantasy elements due to a glitch in the animus so shouldn’t be too integral to the main game story.”
Thus we discover that The Hidden Ones DLC of Assassin’s Creed Origins will be set ten years after the events narrated in the game, so in order to play with the DLC, it is strongly recommended to have finished the story of Assassin’s Creed Origins.
The second expansion instead should be untied from the main plot, proposing more content oriented towards fantasy, with at the base a possible scenario created by an Animus glitch.
We are waiting to find out when The Hidden Ones DLC will arrive on PC, PS4 and Xbox One, the French publisher has not given a output for the same, reiterating that the DLC will come during this current month.
